$20 billion for Lebanon’s infrastructure?

“Lebanon needs to spend at least $20 billion to improve its basic infrastructure otherwise the high growth the country has been witnessing will “dwindle and vanish,” the economy and trade minister said on Wednesday.”

But wait – what infrastructure? just the roads? or infrastructure to improve water access, and wastewater services and much more

  2. I prefer solar power.

  3. 20 billion dollars?!! Is it even possible to prove its basic infrastructure?
