shall we try to make the top of this list?

Since many of us in Lebanon are fond of contests in which we Lebanese are placed at the top, check this out.  Will a Lebanese Ministry be making a fuss to get us to the top of this list, as the Ministry of Tourism did with the Jeita contest, or shall this listing be tossed under the carpet, along with the reports of discrimination and human rights abuses in Lebanon?

In this Transparency International Corruption Index, Lebanon ranks 134th out of 182 countries in corruption. [182 = most corrupt.]
